I have a Windows 11 Home PC that I upgraded from 22H2 to 23H2. However, I encountered some inconsistencies in the system information after the upgrade. For example, the System --> About page shows 23H2 as the current version, but the Windows Update --> Update History page only shows 22H2 as the latest feature update. Moreover, I saw an error message in the Windows Update page right after the upgrade, but I don't remember what it said. The Windows Event Viewer confirms that 23H2 was installed successfully. My PC seems to work fine, but I am worried about these discrepancies. Is this a common issue? How can I fix it? I appreciate your help.
